Creamy Carrot Ginger Soup Frozen: 1 Litre

All soups are gluten free and dairy free. They are made with real ingredients such as butter, extra virgin olive oil, organic coconut oil, pastured meats when indicated and organic coconut milk when indicated. Local veggies are used and organic when possible.

1. Creamy carrot ginger with organic full fat coconut milk, organic coconut oil, pastured lard, extra virgin olive oil, onions, ginger, garlic, carrots, in house veggie broth, celery, sea salt.

2. Creamy beet, apple, acorn squash soup with organic full fat coconut milk, coconut oil, pastured lard, extra virgin olive oil, onions, ginger, garlic, celery, in house veggie broth, in house beef bone broth, cinnamon, nutmeg, oregano, sea salt.

3. Grass fed/finished Beef Stew with low glycemic purple potato. Onions, garlic, celery, carrots, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, parsley, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil. 

4. Turkey stew with local pastured Turkey. Onions, leek, turnip, napa cabbage, celery, carrots, parsley, garlic, rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano, extra virgin olive oil.
