Includes 5 meals: 
1. Thai Chicken Curry over Cauliflower Rice: This meal hits the spot when your craving take-out food but is much healthier with its wholesome, real food ingredients. Ingredients: Local chicken thigh, cauliflower, organic virgin coconut oil, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, cilantro, red curry paste, zucchini, bell pepper, sea salt, coconut milk. 

2. Beef Meatloaf, Roasted Carrots with Cauliflower Mash & Gravy. A savoury taste of home with each bite. Grass fed beef crafted together with fresh herbs, local eggs and hidden veggies! Ingredients: grass fed beef, local eggs, carrots, cauliflower, onion, butter, extra virgin olive oil, xanthan gum, organic beef broth, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic, sea salt, pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce.

3. Prosciutto & Mozzarella Pizza Chicken with Sautéed Kale & Spaghetti Squash. Chicken breasts topped with mozzarella & prosciutto perfectly baked until gooey and cheesy. Ingredients: local chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, tomato paste, basil, oregano, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, pepper, kale, spaghetti squash.

4. Chicken Tikka Masala over Cauliflower Rice. Perfect spices marinated together form an incredible taste to bring you this delicious and classic tikka Masala. Ingredients: local chicken breast, cauliflower, whole milk yogurt, tomato paste, sea salt, garlic powder, ginger, garam masala, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, heavy cream, xanthan gum.

5. Swedish Meatballs over spaghetti squash with sautéed kale. Swedish inspired meatballs with a delicious, creamy, rich taste pairing perfectly with roasted veggies. Ingredients: grass fed beef, spaghetti squash, kale, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, pepper, beef broth, mustard, organic virgin coconut oil, nutmeg, butter, egg, heavy whipping cream, red onion, garlic, dill, parsley. 
All meals will be frozen and need reheating with a general instruction given however ovens vary. Preheat 350 F. Bake 35-55 minutes stirring/ checking at 20 minutes. Internal temp. of 165F recommended for food safety guidelines.
