Meat Stock Frozen: 750 ml

You will receive 750 ml (3 cups) of meat stock (not bone broth-see below).

Some easy ways to incorporate broth are to use it instead of water for simmering veggies or stir fry, add to your soup, or simply drink as a therapeutic tonic or during a fast. Meat Broth is mineral rich, contains collagen, fat and amino acids. It is very gentle and soothing for an inflamed gut and can assist in GI repair.

1-750ml frozen meat stock from pastured chicken cooked with just salt. 

and/or

1-750 ml frozen meat stock from turkey cooked with parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, carrots, cabbage and salt. Great for a soup base or to sip on its own.

Please note: Be careful with bone broth. It is not advisable for all. If you suffer from a leaky gut which many do, the high glutamate content could be aggravating to neurological/ behavior conditions and make it worse such as anxiety, trouble sleeping, insomnia, behavioral outburst in children etc. It is also high in histamines which can further aggravate certain individuals with histamine intolerance. It it advisable to drink meat stock instead to heal and seal the gut wall before introducing bone broth.
